The City has announced the 2019 schedule for the community pool in Flowers Park, 5921 New Peachtree Road. The pool will open for the summer season on Saturday, May 25 (Memorial Day weekend).

Pool users are asked to come ready to swim, as the restrooms are not convenient for changing.

Attire that is allowed: swim trunks/board shorts, bathing suits, swim/surf shirts, swim diapers.

Attire that is not allowed: jeans/cut-offs, workout gear, cotton T-shirts, basketball/mesh shorts, underwear/boxers/lingerie, regular diapers.
 
The schedule is as follows:
 
May 25-27: Opening weekend (but closed on May 28)
May 29-Aug. 4: Regular season
Aug. 5-Sept. 2: Open Saturdays and Sundays only
 
Hours of operation:
 
Monday: Closed (but open 1 to 7 p.m. on Memorial Day and Labor Day holidays)
Tuesday through Friday: 1 to 7 p.m. (including Fourth of July holiday)
Saturday: Noon to 7 p.m.
Sunday: 2 to 6 p.m.
 
Daily fees:
 
Age 12 and younger: $3
Age 13 and older: $5
Age 55 and older: $2
 
Season passes:
 
Individual resident: $30
Individual non-resident: $40
Family resident: $75
Family non-resident: $100
NOTE: Family is up to five members, including two adults
 
Water aerobics classes (June 11-Aug. 1):
 
Tuesday and Wednesday: 11 a.m. to noon
Thursday: 7 to 8 p.m.
